I offer therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and academic or career-related stress. My goal is to help clients develop practical tools and deeper self-understanding so they can navigate these challenges with greater confidence, emotional balance, and autonomy. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have spent years being hard on themselves, suppressing emotions, or carrying everything on their own. Together, we work toward healthier and more sustainable ways of managing thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

My background in mindfulness has shaped a therapeutic style that is reflective, practical, and compassionate. I see therapy as a collaborative process rather than something that is done to you. My role is to support you in exploring your experience and creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting change to emerge.
