I know from years as a paramedic and as a RN that trauma, depression, anxiety and lots of other things can leave you feeling lost, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward in life. I've been there myself. I believe that no matter what we’ve been through, we all have the capacity to heal, to rediscover ourselves, and to grow beyond the pain of the past. I want to offer you a safe and compassionate space to explore your story, strengthen your inner resources, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and whole.
Additionally, as a humanistic, existential, and person-centred therapist, I want to offer support people to all who feel alienated, misunderstood, or disconnected as they navigate anxiety, depression, sexuality or identity struggles, and life’s uncertainties in a safe, compassionate space.
