If you're carrying the weight of losing someone, we offer EMDR and IADC (Induced After-Death Communication) — a focused, two-session therapy for grief and loss.
Healing doesn't happen at the surface. Using EMDR, IADC (Induced After-Death Communication), mindfulness, somatic and existential therapy, we work with what's underneath — the grief, the patterns, the pain, and the deeper questions of who you are and what your life means. We go at your pace, with compassion, depth, and genuine care.

Several of our therapists are trained in EMDR, and we integrate approaches from IFS, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
Reframe's clients are carrying a lot, whether it’s anxiety, trauma, burnout, disordered eating, or simply the weight of feeling disconnected from themselves or others. Many have tried to push through on their own but are now looking for deeper support. They want to understand what's going on beneath the surface, feel more grounded in their day-to-day lives, and move toward change that feels real and lasting—not just surface-level relief.

You’re having the same conversation over and over, and getting nowhere. One of you shuts down, the other pushes harder. Small things turn into bigger conflicts, or you’ve stopped talking about what really matters altogether. You might still care deeply about each other, but it doesn’t feel the way it used to. Most couples don’t come in because they’ve “fallen out of love”, they come in because they’re stuck in patterns they don’t know how to change. Over time, those patterns create distance, resentment, and disconnection. At some point, it starts to feel like you’re no longer on the same team.

I use trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR and Brainspotting to help your nervous system find calm again.
You’ve spent so long trying to move on but the past still shows up in ways you can’t really explain. Maybe you feel anxious, disconnected, or exhausted from always holding it together. You might look “fine” on the outside, but inside you’re tired; tired of pretending it doesn’t all still affect you. When you’ve experienced childhood sexual trauma, your mind and body adapt in powerful ways to keep you safe. Over time, those same protective patterns such as people-pleasing, shutting down, or staying hypervigilant can start to feel like they’re running your life. You deserve to feel free of these feelings.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as IFS, EMDR, mindfulness and somatic practices, CBT, and ACT to support meaningful growth; so each session leaves you with insight and direction.
I am so glad you’re here. Maybe life feels overwhelming right now, or maybe you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges or all of the above. Maybe you’re not sure where to begin, or you’ve already been doing the work and want to keep going. Wherever you are on your journey, you’re welcome here. When everything starts piling up, gradually or all at once, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. In all that noise, clarity and connection to your authentic self can feel distant. I understand how exhausting that can be. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative environment where you can explore your concerns.

I cover a broad range of mental health concerns and am certified in therapeutic approaches for treating trauma, such as Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing ( EMDR) and The Rewind Technique.
Whether you are struggling with a long-standing issue or are in acute distress, you will find me to be an empathetic counsellor who will take the time to learn about your particular story in order to best support you. No two people or two situations are alike and therapy must similarly be tailored to the individual's needs. I will do this by first meeting you where you are and working at your pace to move in the direction you see for yourself. In the process, you will develop alternate perspectives and learn techniques to challenge self-defeating thoughts or behaviours that hold you back from living authentically.

Who is EMDR for?
EMDR was initially developed as a treatment for individuals with Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), for whom memories of a deeply distressing experience can be inadvertently triggered by random everyday events. The procedure has since been applied in the treatment of many other conditions. For example, it is used by some therapists to treat anxiety disorders including panic and phobias, depression, dissociative disorders, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and some personality disorders. It is suitable for adolescents and adults.
Why do people need EMDR?
People need EMDR as a way to manage distressing memories that in some way hamper the ability to function in the present. The procedure is believed to target the way memories are stored in the brain. Evidence indicates that past disturbing experiences cause ongoing distress because they were not adequately processed, and when such memories are triggered in the present, they are accompanied by all the emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations as the initial experience.
What problems does EMDR treat?
First and foremost, EMDR is intended as a treatment for PTSD, to defuse distressing memories that intrude on and impair everyday functioning. It is also often used to help those who are subject to panic attacks, phobias, and other forms of anxiety. In addition, EMDR has been used to treat individuals with depression, eating disorders, and personality disorders.
What happens in EMDR therapy?
First the therapist takes an individual’s history, and then the therapist and client decide which distressing experience(s) will be the target(s) of the exercise, delivered via a side-to-side visual stimulus requiring lateral eye movements. The client will be asked to activate thoughts, feelings, and any body sensations related to the troubling experience. The eye movements are said to reduce the emotional charge of the memory, so that the experience can then be safely discussed with the therapist and digested, minimising its ability to trigger anxiety.
