I am a doctoral-level registered Clinical Psychologist with 11 years of education and training. I completed my PhD at McGill University and subsequently pursued specialized postdoctoral training at the Stanford School of Medicine. I work primarily with adults experiencing mental and physical health concerns. I am a specialist in the treatment of chronic pain. I also have a particular interest and expertise in working with individuals experiencing perfectionism and procrastination. I commonly work with high achievers who are struggling to navigate challenges which interfere with their ability to find meaning and excel in their lives.
