I offer collaborative, empowering, and non-pathologizing drama therapy to adults and children. Creative arts therapy uses movement, story, art, and metaphor to re-establish communication between mind and body and unlock self-expression. My work is embodied: I sensitise my clients to the knowledge the body holds, support them to reinstate harmony between the physical and the mental, and integrate these practices into their daily lives.
We are drawn to therapy because we are curious about our inner lives. There are unanswered questions, parts of ourselves that have been shut away, and stories that need re-telling. My approach supports you to practice a more loving relationship with yourself and treat every part of you with compassion.
