I am a licensed psychotherapist and career counsellor recognized by the OPQ. I earned my Masters degree in counselling psychology from Adler University in Vancouver, British Columbia.
My approach to counselling is to create a safe and collaborative environment for you to explore a deeper sense of who you are. I believe that everyone has the capability and strength to work on the issues they face and as such, my role in sessions is to facilitate and support you in developing a deeper self-awareness and expanding your coping skills.
