Over 30 yrs. experience in helping people overcome their challenges and start to make choices about themselves and the life they want to be living. I have over 30 yrs. experience working with addictions, couple and family counselling, attachment based parenting, managing/understanding anger, anxiety, self esteem etc. My years of experience and training help me use many therapeutic modalities in helping individuals, couples and families understand and overcome negative patterns in their lives.
You may have been feeling alone with your pain or really struggling with different parts of yourself or a primary relationship.
