We provide psychotherapy to support emotional distress, but not limited to anxiety, lack of motivation, sadness/depression, grief, feeling overwhelmed, feeling stuck in your life and relationship issues. We offer a variety of counselling/psychotherapy services to ensure that you and your loved ones can build happy and healthy lives. I also offer supervision to RP's/RP qualifying using a D&I lense.
Specializing in anxiety, depression, addictions, self-esteem, relationships, and criminal justice, I primarily work CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and Resiliency Based Therapy Approach. I believe you and your family are unique, for this reason, I use a client-centred approach that is supported by evidence-based interventions.
