Welcome, my name is Jonathon, I have been a therapist for over 24 years mainly working with addictions and Men's trauma. Working together, we can improve your coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and better regulate your emotions. Together we can develop ways to get the life you want by broadening insights to overcome challenges and plan what steps are needed to achieve your goals. I offer evening appointments throughout the week, and I work on Sunday.
I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental, and confidential environment for you to explore and process your experiences. I will give feedback at appropriate moments to help you move forward. I also offer education based on the most current understandings coming from psychological research when it serves to help you understand your inner experience.
I have experience working in stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and addictions.
