I am a Registered Social Worker specializing in online counselling for individual men, women, couples and families. I am dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic care to my clients utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including talk therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and other evidence-based approaches. I am passionate about helping people and have dedicated my career to improve client mental health and overall well-being.
In my practice, I work with clients to address a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, personal and professional stress, managing ADHD, grief, relationship management care, and relationship conflict resolution. I also help clients to problem solve around work and school-related concerns or conflicts.
My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, meaning or purpose, and work towards finding individually tailored solutions that work for them.
