In work with adults, I assist individuals and couples achieve changes in lifestyles or habits that can result in a more satisfying living and eliminate or reduce symptoms. Couples have the opportunity to address their resentments, learn better communication and conflict resolution skills, and return to closeness in their relationship.
I gained my expertise through 40 years of experience working with adults, teenagers, and couples of diverse backgrounds and sexual orientation. I offer a variety of therapy approaches, including CBT, EMDR, Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Couple Therapy, EFT and others. I speak English and Russian.
