Our family-focused clinic sees individuals, couples, youth, and teens for Psychotherapy. Our diverse team consists of Registered Social Workers, and Registered Psychotherapists. We see a variety of clients in our practice including relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, depression, anger management, addictions, grief, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, and more. Child therapy covers a range of topics from learning challenges to support during divorce and custody situations. We are prepared to support those looking for immediate relief from stressful situations to those seeking long-term support for more complex challenges.
Our client-centred care is supportive to meet you at your current need. Many of our therapists have additional training in mindfulness, narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, couples therapy, working with children and youth, as well as counselling for parents.
