We are committed to fostering mental wellness for individuals, couples, children, and families and supporting the professional growth of new therapists. Paulette Levesque, a seasoned psychologist and the owner of the Psychology and Wellness Centre, closely supervises each student therapist. Her extensive experience and guidance make our practicum students well-equipped to offer quality mental health support.
Our approach integrates the best of both evidence-based and emerging practices. We offer therapy, assessment and consultation services. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or any other mental health concern, our team is here to support you. Our MACP practicum students now accept clients at a reduced $100/session rate.
