Please Note: I am only accepting therapy clients to work with my supervisee, Alexandra Matheson, who is candidate of Yorkville University's Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My doctoral training has been in evidence-based practice and my primary theoretical orientation is cognitive-behavioural, including exposure and response prevention therapy. I often integrate other therapeutic methods (i.e., emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness) as my therapeutic approach is to work collaboratively with clients.

Ade is a Clinical Counsellor, Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Relationship coach at the Mental Health Unit of Precision Medical Centre located in Barrhaven, Nepean. She holds a Master Degree in Counselling Psychology and Certified Clinician in REBT, CBT and Emotion Focus Therapy. She also a Faculty member of Centre for Rational and Cognitive Therapies, teaches, mentors and supervises graduating Masters degree students for College registration and completion of degree. She has years of experience working with all age group in mental health and relationship issues.

My practice focuses on providing high quality Psychological and Psychoeducational assessments for individuals who are experiencing concerns including ADHD, Learning Disabilities/Disorders, Giftedness, Intellectual Disability, Behavioural Challenges, and other associated difficulties that may impact an individual's functioning.
