Adolescent DBT Group + Caregivers Skills Group
PCSG is now offering individual and skills group treatment in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for Adolescents 14-17 years old with emotion regulation difficulties. There are four modules which consist of 5 weekly sessions each. Module themes are: Distress Tolerance, Walking the Middle Path, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Participants may sign up at the start of any module. Please contact our office to arrange a group pre-screening and find out more about dates. A DBT Skills Manual for Adolescents is available to purchase online. Sessions are currently offered online via Zoom for healthcare.

Build Community. Make Connections. Process Your Emotions. Finding a safe space for sharing and exploring personal difficulties can be challenging for many LGBTQ2+ folks. This therapy group offers a unique opportunity to seek support through the guidance of two skilled facilitators. We will draw upon psychological strengths and benefits from the group dynamics that arise in a welcoming, warm, inclusive environment. Facilitated by Gibran and David, members of the LGBTQ2+ community and mental health providers. Starting Date: TBA Wednesdays 7-8:30pm for 8-week repeating series. Waitlist. Online. Participants must complete 1/2 pre-screening session $30.
