My therapeutic approach is to create inner harmony between your thoughts and emotions. I do this by creating integrative therapeutic experiences utilizing evidence based therapies such as CBT, DBT, Clinical Hypnosis, Brief Solution Based Counselling along with cutting edge holistic methods of mindfulness and client centered psychotherapy. Incorporating these cognitive therapies with the mind and body allows for a unique experience where you can heal from past trauma and move forward with new enthusiasm and excitement.
I provide individual, families and couples therapy. My approach is tailored to meet each client's unique needs and draws primarily from a psycho-dynamic perspective. This means that I look not only to factors currently impacting your life but also to early experiences that helped to shape your sense of yourself and relationships.
