About
Do you feel overwhelmed when trying to find a healthy balance between your work life and your personal life? Do you find that your relationships have been affected as a result of your stress or anxiety? We tend to feel hopeless, exhausted, and defeated when we feel like we are battling our difficulties alone. My goal is to work with you to help you overcome your struggles, as well as to guide you towards making the changes in your life that you have envisioned.
I have experience working with adults who present with various struggles. I aim to develop a positive therapeutic relationship with each client in order to help them identify and understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I believe that this is important before we can begin the process of creating long-lasting change.
Whether this is the first time that you are considering therapy, or whether you have previously attended therapy, I am here to work collaboratively with you on your goals. I provide a non-judgemental space for you to explore the barriers that are preventing you from regaining control of your life. Please contact me if you would like to set up an appointment.
