The anger management group will provide group support, anger coping skills, healthy anger expression, positive emotion skills, prevention of domestic abuse, personal empowerment, and relationship repair skills. The group is for anyone who struggles with anger, harmed or received harm from others, or has suffered and feels a deep sense of injustice.
