I work with women in various stages of life struggling with anxiety, burnout, parenting, childhood or relational trauma by helping them find their inner strength that builds resilience and empowerment. My practice includes working with children, teens and youth supporting them with everyday struggles with school, friends and relationships.
I employ a strength-based and client-centred approach to therapy and strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where every client is heard and understood. I believe that individuals are unique and so are their challenges, I follow an eclectic approach that draws from CBT, DBT, and IFS and EMDR.
