Looking for a specialized clinic just for kids and teens? London Sensory Therapy is a fun, safe, and soothing space, different from the typical 'chair and table' therapy center. Our clinic offers a ball pit, swing, oversized bean bag chair, glowing bubble tube, fiberoptic lights, weighted animals etc. all to help promote a positive counselling experience for your child, teen, or young adult. It's also amazing how much we can learn in the time we have, and how little steps can amount to such massive change.

I see children and families for a variety of reasons. Generally speaking, people come to me because they are ready to improve their quality of life, relationship with other family members, or heal from some form of experience. I may see individuals and families to help with emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, increase coping skills, or to improve communication and reduce conflict. My service approach is geared towards the individual goals and needs of the family. Often families come to me because they want some form of individual or family function to change. I can help through either talk therapy and/or play therapy.

I offer talk-based psychotherapy, art therapy and play-based therapy. I have extensive experience working in the addictions & mental health field with a focus on youth and young adults as well as support to families.
