Hi, I'm Phil! I provide in person and virtual individual and couples' counseling. For individuals, I can help with issues such as anger, depression, anxiety, relationships and parenting issues. I have a special focus on men who have challenges with anger and interpersonal difficulties. For couples, my attention is on being more connected and relational, which is essential for moving though and past experiences such as infidelity, ineffective communication, lack of intimacy, and parenting issues. I will listen and respond with care, honesty and respect, and support people to make substantial, meaningful change.
I am a Registered Social Worker and have a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I am trained in the Relational Life Therapy model for work with couples, and apply this and other modalities, in my sessions with individuals. This allows my clients to operate from the most functional parts of themselves, and to be kind and compassionate to themselves and others.
