I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults for relationship and family problems, grief, difficult life transitions, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, shyness, school refusal, test anxiety, career concerns, and trauma. I also conduct psychoeducational assessments to better understand children and adults' learning and attentional profiles.
I am committed to providing a multiculturally competent approach to quality psychotherapy while working collaboratively with clients of all ages. I strive to get a holistic understanding of a person's life including their unique cultural, gender, familial, and learning factors, which influence how they have chosen to cope with life's problems.
