I work with individuals, families, and couples who are facing some of life’s tough realities such as the breakdown of a relationship, divorce, loss, grief, and bereavement. I also work with children and adolescents who may struggling and find their situation overwhelming and sometimes difficult to manage (i.e. social, parental, relational, etc...). My primary therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioural and my specialties include depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and bereavement therapy. I also offer supervision to students in their practicum and new practitioners in the qualifying phase of their practice.

Hello! I have been a registered social worker since 2014. Being a child or youth can be really difficult sometimes, especially following the pandemic. While I work with people of all ages, my areas of focus are in supporting children, youth and families who are struggling to cope and need support to process their feelings and difficulties they may have, including a broad range of mental illness, wellness issues and/or social issues. This includes depression, anxieties, bullying/ school issues, caregiver relationship issues, and many more. While challenges can come in all shapes and sizes, you can learn new tools to deal with them.

We provide individual psychotherapy, couple therapy, family therapy, sex therapy, psychological and vocational assessment and psycho-educational assessment and intervention. We can help you and your family cope with and overcome life challenges, relationship conflicts, traumas, and mental health concerns. Our services are provided by registered psychologists, registered psychotherapists and experienced masters/doctoral clinicians under supervision.

Currently, we provide online counseling services exclusively, featuring a talented team of counselors from diverse backgrounds who can tackle a wide range of mental health issues. Our primary goal is to nurture the holistic well-being of our clients, addressing their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects through exceptional counseling services. We cater to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring our approach for each unique client. In the event of client dissatisfaction with a therapist, we pledge to either find an appropriate replacement or suggest an unaffiliated alternative expert to ensure their needs are met.

I have a passion for helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life's challenges. My approach is rooted in psychoanalytic theory, which allows me to delve deep into the unconscious mind to uncover the root causes of emotional distress. However, I also believe that creativity can be a powerful tool in therapy, which is why I incorporate art, play, and other expressive techniques into my work. Additionally, I draw on a range of other therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, to meet the unique needs of each client.
