I have worked in private practice for over 10 years, as well as working for the Health Authority in the area of Adult Mental Health and Substance Use since 2010. I offer a holistic approach drawing a number of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks. Trauma and anxiety are areas of focus with specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.
