Person centred counselling with a caring and competent counsellor who is passionate about helping others. With a Master of Counselling degree and years of experience working with those in need, Premila is dedicated to empathizing, listening carefully and providing non-judgemental assistance to all of her clients.

She uses a range of approaches from Narrative to Solution-Focused to Motivational Interviewing to Cognitive Behavioural & Dialectical Behavioural Talk Therapies and Meditation Mindfulness practices to help clients achieve the life goals they seek.

Premila is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC); she is a member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP), Insurance Corporation of BC (ICBC) and First Nations Health Authority (FNHA).
