Your experiences, feelings and thoughts could need some attention to provide you insight into your life and help you to move forward with strategies and tools to get you through - I'm here to help you with that. I have been a social worker for over ten years both in a hospital setting and community and am passionate about working with individuals and couples.
I offer a safe comfortable place for individuals and couples with flexible hours and am available for in person, virtual or over the phone sessions.
