People often come to me feeling stuck in patterns that affect their relationships, self-esteem, or sex lives. I work primarily with gay, bi, and queer men, especially South Asian and other racialized men navigating cultural expectations, intimacy, identity, and belonging. You might feel disconnected, unsure what you want, or pulled in different directions. In our work, we slow things down, make sense of these patterns, and build clarity, confidence, and more authentic relating to yourself and others. I offer virtual sessions across the GTA and work in Hindi/Urdu and Punjabi.
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, especially if you’re used to holding things on your own. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear starting point. This is a space where you can think, feel, and be understood without having to explain every part of who you are. If this resonates, we can begin there.
I help people better understand the patterns that shape their relationships, emotions, and sense of self. My work is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we build insight, improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and create more authentic and fulfilling ways of relating.
