Kari is a registered Social Worker providing counselling services to individuals 18+. She has more than 20 years experience working along side people to facilitate positive change in their lives. Kari combines an empathic, supportive, and holistic approach to session while using evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
Kari's style of therapy is informal, compassionate, & responsive to each person's unique needs. She is dedicated to creating a safe & supportive space where clients feel valued & are able to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement.
