I especially love working with those whose lives have been relegated to the margins of their families, communities, culture, and society: folks who want to be heard, to feel whole, to be seen, and to be valued in a culture that tries to erase or homogenize their existence. Working with me, people feel more safe in and connected to the world around them; develop greater compassion and understanding of themselves; identify their core values and practice living in closer alignment with them; and, ultimately, form a strong sense of self leadership over their lives, emotions, and decisions.

I approach therapy with deep curiosity of who you are, strongly grounded in a decolonial, feminist, queer friendly lens. I specialize in working with folks who had a difficult childhood and now struggle with living the adult lives they want. I use a combination of parts work, somatic therapies, and talk therapy.

It's hard to find the "right" therapist; determining a good fit is essential to making sure that therapy will work for you.
