Our skilled staff of mental health professionals offer specialised treatment for a variety of mental health struggles, with a focus on the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and anxiety-related concerns such as panic, specific phobias, health anxiety, and generalised anxiety. We value evidence-based treatment, and specifically focus our approach to OCD support around Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). We are passionate about ensuring that our Clients get the best care possible and we are here to help.
This dedicated team has undergone comprehensive training in a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with our therapists also having their own areas of specialty. Pothos also provides Clinical Consultation and supports youth ages 16-17 virtually.
At Pothos we care about OCD and want you to know you are not alone. Living a life where you’re dealing with intrusions and compulsions can be quite scary and confusing.
