Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by past trauma, anxiety, grief, disconnection, or challenges in your relationships, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with individuals and couples navigating personal struggles, communication issues, intimacy concerns, finances, and sex therapy. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to explore what’s keeping you stuck and help you build stronger, healthier connections — with yourself and with others.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples create lasting emotional connections, heal from past wounds, and improve communication. I use an integrative approach drawing on methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Prolonged Exposure (PE) and other evidence-based methods.

I understand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck and alone. Our sessions are a place for you to let yourself be seen, heard and understood, knowing that you are free to explore any topics or thoughts without judgement or shame.
