We all need support at times. We frequently carry our trauma and limiting beliefs from our childhood into our adult life which leads us to engage in unhealthy patterns of behaviour. The therapists at the Port Credit Therapy Centre provide a safe, compassionate space to explore where we are feeling stuck and why. We have a diverse group of therapists trained in different modalities with varying levels of experience and rates. We also offer psychedelic-assisted therapy provided by trained clinicians to facilitate a deeper level of healing for clients that haven't attained the level of healing through talk therapy and medications.
