We all need support at times. We frequently carry our trauma and limiting beliefs from our childhood into our adult life which leads us to engage in unhealthy patterns of behaviour. I provide a safe space to explore what you're feeling and be the witness to difficult emotions, allowing you to process them. Part of my role is to increase your awareness about what you're doing, what the behaviour/belief was created to address, how you do it and then look at other ways to address the same situation. That opens the door to choice and change. What we are unaware of, we are destined to repeat.
I also provide preparation, integration and breathwork sessions.
