Life can feel like a lot sometimes—especially when you're trying to hold everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of past traumas, navigating the intersections of your identity, or just feeling overwhelmed by emotions you can’t quite name. You might be the one everyone leans on, but lately, you’re realizing you need someone to lean on too.
Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if therapy hasn’t always felt safe or relatable. But you deserve a space where you can exhale—where your full self is seen, heard, and honoured.
My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed, rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a bit of humour—because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I work with individuals (18+) and couples, in both BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ communities who are navigating life transitions, burnout, identity, anxiety, grief, or complex family dynamics.
We’ll move at your pace, explore what’s weighing on you, and work toward reconnecting with your sense of self. Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or feeling the weight of being strong for too long—please know you’re welcome here, exactly as you are.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you.
