About
In this fast-paced, demanding, and constantly changing world, the majority of us are experiencing different levels of stress in our daily lives. Most of our stresses are created by the pulling between two opposite ends. One end is need, responsibility, change, family, work, relationships etc. The other end is want, calm, fun, consistency etc. My work is focused on how to walk in the middle of these two ends and still have a life full of meaning. My practice is providing a safe and supportive environment, focusing on the here and now and strengthening self-awareness.
I have over 17 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults to overcome their emotional challenges and make positive changes. My approach is strength-based, nonjudgmental, goal-directed, and confidential. My specialties are developmental disability and mental health.
