Therapy will allow you to free yourself from painful emotions, disturbing thoughts and destructive behaviour and enjoy your precious life.
You will discover personal power, a capacity to contribute to the life in a fulfilling and enjoyable way. I provide psychotherapy in English and Polish. The fees are covered by most insurance plans. My main modalities are DBT, CBT, mindfulness based therapy and psychodynamic approach.
