Clients reach out to me with a number of challenges, including anxiety, depression, PMDD, ADHD, life transitions, bullying, and everyday stress. Together, we work collaboratively to address these concerns. Each client is the expert of their own lived experience, and my role is to help them discover their strengths and develop strategies that foster healing and personal growth. I work with individuals across the lifespan—adults, children, teens—as well as families, offering support tailored to their unique needs. Together, through a compassionate and collaborative process, together, we create a plan to help.
As someone with ADHD (diagnosed as an adult), I understand the challenges this condition presents. I am a former early childhood educator (ECE), with extensive experience with children. I am a registered psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy from Yorkville University and an Honours Bachelor of Psychology from Trent University.
I take a collaborative approach with my clients, and together we develop an empathic approach to help. I provide a welcoming space where clients can openly explore their concerns and process their emotions.
