Unsure of where to go for therapy for yourself or your child, and feel that a combination of talk therapy and expressive/play-based interventions may be helpful to support your goals! I am a Child, Youth and Adult Mental Health Therapist with my Masters in Social Work (Clinical Specialization). My approach to therapy is based in attachment, development, play, connection, and collaboration. Attachment is a special interest of mine and have training in Theraplay, and am a Certified Circle of Security Facilitator. I am also Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C).
I will help you to explore your issue within a broader context; valuing your strengths, culture, spirituality, and the unique relationships in your life. I offer Parent/child therapy (newborn+), child therapy using an integrative approach, and use Narrative, CBT, and DBT for youth/adults.
