As a Clinical Social Worker, I utilize evidence based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT. I believe in supporting clients in an empathetic, non-judgemental way that allows for a safe, client-centred process. Areas I specialize in include, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relational issues, grief, and emotional regulation.
I have a lot of compassion for the well-being of others and have spent 17 years in the helping field.
