Pivotal Counseling offers virtual and in-person psychotherapy in Oakville, Ontario. We provide specialized, integrative psychotherapy for clients (13+) and couples. At Pivotal Counseling, we provide a supportive, empathetic, and tailored approach to individuals and couples facing the following concerns: anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance abuse, grief, anger, self-esteem, marital / relationship issues, mood disorders, women’s issues, ADHD, body/eating issues and OCD.

Pivotal Counseling offers virtual and in-person psychotherapy in Oakville, Ontario using a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Walking Therapy.
