With 35 years of frontline experience, I've supported children, teens, young adults, and adults through crisis, childhood trauma, sexual assault, and major life transitions — much of it working closely with women, though not exclusively. I am a CYC practitioner trained in CBT, trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and safety planning. With lived experience of my own, I bring both professional depth and genuine understanding to help you move forward.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, using whatever fits you best — including person-centered, narrative therapy, mindfulness, meditation, CBT, shadow work, and trauma-informed care. Together, we explore the thoughts, patterns, and experiences shaping your present, meeting you where you're at, without judgment.
