Leigh-Anne has over 20 years experience supporting parents, children and caregivers with connecting their experiences to their emotional response. Finding connection and validation are at the forefront of beginning to change and grow and this will lead our sessions as we unpack your experiences and process through the use of therapeutic strategies that are comfortable for you.
Leigh-Anne has worked with individuals who have experienced both single incident and generational trauma, adult and children’s mental health, substance misuse, interpersonal violence; parenting challenges as well as pre and post natal care. Grief and Loss are any area of specialization.
I have a passion for understanding and connecting with others in an effort to support them in being their truest selves. I welcome the use of humour in creating comfort and connectedness with others. My goal is to work beside you, nudge, and encourage you as we move through the process of change together.
