I am all about authenticity. I want clients to feel comfortable and accepted by me. I believe the goal of therapy is to help clients create the best version of themselves. I also believe in honesty in the therapeutic relationship. I will work with you to address and confront your most difficult issues. I believe it's vital to heal the body, mind, and soul. I also have a lot of experience and a passion for working with clients with anxiety. I do speak French if you are looking for a bilingual therapist. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults and use a mix of CBT, ACT and, DBT. I have experience working with clients with ASD as a Psychotherapist and Instructor Therapist. I can see clients who have EAPs under COB, QHC and, COH.
