I'm a guidance counsellor and licensed psychotherapist, and teacher of psychology at University. I teach the following courses: interpersonal relationships, interviewing techniques, intervention models, and personality psychology. I am a member of OCCOQ (L'ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation). I offer an hybrid approach between humanistic and cognitive behavioral models. I believe in adapting to whatever works best for YOU, as a unique individual, while prirotizing action and concreteness. You will find me to be non-judgemental, culturally sensitive, creative and especially interactive in my style of intervention.

I also offer career guidance, and help on depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, and big life decisions. I can help with your progressive return to work.
