Trauma does not always present as a single event or clear memory. It can appear as anxiety, grief, dissociation, relationship patterns, shutdown, or a life that looks functional while still feeling difficult to live inside. I primarily work with adults whose symptoms often point to something deeper than what is immediately visible. My role is to help clients process what has been carried emotionally, psychologically, and relationally so relief and meaningful change become possible.
I specialize in trauma and use OEI (Observed and Experiential Integration) as my primary modality alongside foundational neurotherapy tools when appropriate. This allows us to support both emotional processing and nervous system regulation, making the work especially helpful for trauma, dissociation and first responder stress.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable especially when what you are carrying has been held quietly for a long time. My approach is compassionate, grounded and active.
