I am a two spirit, non binary, Red River Métis counsellor providing virtual counselling services to those in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. In my practice, I aim to provide services that are non-judgemental and centre your unique experiences and needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Strengths-based models, harm reduction, and Expressive Arts Therapies. I believe relationship building is key for effective counselling, and strive to foster relationships that feel safe, empowering, and affirming.
I currently work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds with focus on gender and sexual identity, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, Indigenous culture and identity, relationships, and trauma. I am sex positive, sex work positive, kink informed, trauma informed, and aim to provide services that are actively anti-oppressive.
All appointments are virtual. I offer direct billing with NIHB and a number of other insurance providers.
