I’m Patricia Bailey Brown, a Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist. I specialize in supporting adults, seniors, families, and couples living with PTSD, anxiety and depression, substance/alcohol mis-use, first episode psychosis, and in need of ongoing one-on-one counselling, caregiver support and/or group counselling.

In our sessions, I’ll support you through the work to heal your traumas, identify your triggers and increase your emotional awareness, and develop tools and strategies to help you cope.
