Trauma informed therapy for folks navigating intergenerational patterns and the wish to do things differently.
I work with childhood trauma and relational wounds, supporting individuals and family-member dyads (including parent-child and sibling relationships) through their relationships with themselves and each other.
Our work together would be relational, mindful, somatic, and experiential. You might walk away with naturally emerging insights, new emotional experiences achieved in session, tailored tools for nervous system regulation, and integration practices to support differentiation and relational clarity.
I am compassionate, curious, and honest, allowing me to hold space for you to safely explore your inner world. Each person’s process is unique but our work together might look like slowing down to explore your internal parts or guiding you through imagined or experiential exercises that allow new corrective experiences to happen.
I’m an eldest daughter, first generation immigrant, intercultural partner, and mom to a biracial child. I’m doing the work too and I see you. This is hard work and you're brave and inspiring for being here. I am currently accepting new clients in-person in Powell River and online across BC.
