| Français In my clinical practice, I see clients with a variety of situations. I help my clients manage and understand their symptoms, such as: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, psychotic symptoms, etc. We address their existential issues together, such as: death, loneliness, freedom and lack of meaning in life. I also work with them on their interpersonal relationships including couples and families.
Basically I am essentially a humanist psychologist. This ensures that I develop a warm and authentic therapeutic relationship marked by empathy with my clients. I consider the importance of relational dynamics and emotions in the development, maintenance and resolution of the difficulties they face.
Additionally, I have extensive experience with psychodynamics and existential philosophy leading me to draw on a rich historical literature to help my clients grasp their intrapsychic issues.
