A passion for supporting people, as an Occupational Therapist (OT) practicing in the field of mental health, I hope to aid those to improve self management, gain confidence and grow their independence to cope and manage with mental health developments. With a focus on skill development and coaching, I strive to support people through counseling who want to make a change. Common target areas include: Anxiety, Depression, BPD, Stress Management, ADHD, Productivity, Routine, Suicidal ideation/ self-harm, Relationship, and Return to School/work. Primarily I work with adolescence 16-30yrs of age but please do not hesitate to connect!
What I offer: A relaxed and supportive therapeutic relationship, personalized treatment goals, tangible skills education and coaching for mastery, support with routine development, support with executive functions, short term or long term counselling, support with accommodation forms for school/ work, a partnership to explore your mental health and wellness.
