We provide psychotherapy to support emotional distress, but not limited to anxiety, lack of motivation, sadness or depression, grief, feeling overwhelmed, feeling stuck in your life and relationship issues. We offer a variety of counselling and psychotherapy services to ensure that you and your loved ones can build happy and healthy lives.
My main interest and area of expertise lies in working and supporting children, youths, and families of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health, social and personal issues. I primarily work from a culturally sensitive, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy approach. I also employ strength-based and solution focused therapies.
